Letter of explanation
What do I need to do to get ATT to write a letter head and to explain what has transpired with an error on their end that’s on my account?

For what purpose? I’ve never heard of such a thing. If it even exists, I doubt any phone agent can generate such a letter. It will probably take escalating to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.

Wait, what?
And WHY?
You want AT&T to write you a paper letter explaining why there is an error on your account? That's ridiculous.
If you want your account fixed because of an error, ask them to fix it. If you don't know how to ask them to fix it, or have asked and it hasn't been fixed, we'd be happy to steer you in the right direction.

I got fired for a text that I didn’t make, it’s a text to 1code91483566 and ATT representative stated on my account notes that I didn’t make an out going text while driving and that it was an 3rd party auto generated text. But my job wants ATT to send a letter head stating what the customer care put in account notations. A corporate manager wrote them a email statement of what has happened and confirmed that I didn’t make the text but they want it in letter format.

It sounds like the corporate manager would be the best person to contact.

Do the store manager have access to a ATT letterhead?
Im really trying to solve this because I 100% did not make the outgoing text. You can’t even text this type of number

They are not going to provide you anything like that on letterhead. This is an issue between you and your employer.

To be honest, your whole story doesn’t really make any sense. There is no such thing as “a text to 1code91483566”. If that code was on your text log, that would be for a received text, not a sent text. The only way your phone should ever send a text that you yourself did not send is if you have it set to send an automatic response when you are driving but those texts would show as coming from your number.

So which was it: a text TO 1code91483566 or was it an outgoing text to 1code91483566?
