Late Payment Arrangement

I will be in tomorrow to pay the bill in the meantime i am a caregiver to my mother and cant have it shut off please thake this into consideration

@Nakita If it's a postpaid account you need to make arrangements in advance at the website (not talking to a human). Once you are late, there is nothing you can do.

I made a payment arrangement but need more time then allowed is there anyway possible to get extended further
