Justification for Mobile data plan from $150 to $330???
Hello,
I would like to know what is the justification for a Mobile Share Plan of 40GB that cost $150 a month to the next level of 50GB to COST $330.00?!?!?! I'm a bit frustrated because this month I used my 40GB in its entirety because my wife is traveling and we have been using Facetime several times a day and yesterday I ran out. I called to get 10GB more in a temporary bases or upgrade my plan and the difference was $180 MORE!!! If someone can explain this I would really appreciated.

GLIMMERMAN thank you. I see what you mean. When I travel internationally I call and get 300MB for about $30 and I think when we go over and if we catch it on time there should be a temporary plan for overage and it's applied if we call and request it. I'm always hitting the 30GB+ date usage on average because of my all day streaming of audio and video shows. I hope someone look at other alternatives for high bandwidth users.

the double data promo was a good thing but you use more data than I do on 7 lines LOL. But then again I have wifi almost everywhere I go. My suggestion is dont use facetime all the time. You get unlimited calling time use it instead.

LOL I know...
SiriusXM = 10 hours a day of audio streaming
Cumia Show = 3 hours a day HD video streaming.
Facetime this month = 18GB in the past 10 days.
For my luck my home internet modem broke down yesterday so now my data usage would be double, but I shut down my Cellular Data and told my wife to only use 4G for her navigation app.

Also, be advised that since you are on a double data promotion plan (40GB for the price of 20GB), if you do decide to switch to another plan for a month, you will not be able to get the 40GB plan for $150 back. Your only option for extra data without changing your plan is to pay the per GB overage charges. The good news is you only buy a GB at a time as needed. Even if you do end up buying another 10GB, that will be less than going to the 50GB plan.

Very true. I already turned my Cellular Data OFF to not incur in more overage.
