Issues

I have been having endless issues with no resolutions. I don’t know where else to go, i get told it will be fixed and then get ignored. I’m sitting here with a phone that I didn’t order, I need , I have filed. Complaints which I hated to do but 7 days with no answers is too much. Any advice?

Orders canceled, money not refunded, Offered lies for deals, did not send the correct phone, getting billed, still no refund, funds removed from account without Authorization, more lies, still no refund, endless hours on hold, plan jumped in price overnight, still no answers, total disregard for loyal customers, promises, promises, still resolution. Is that give you an idea. I have filed complaints [numerous] right up chain of command. Considering arbitration. I mean it couldn't make it more worse than as it currently is.

Filed complaints where? You can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. If they can’t or won’t resolve, no one will.

I have done both, talked with someone in office of President yesterday who agreed to call today with a resolution. No call. All I wanted was an upgrade for my daughter. Thank for advise, I'm studying forum for informational purposes. I didn't realize things were so bad with CS, this is a first for me.?
