Is there any way I can get information on the process of my trade in deal?

I transferred providers from T-Mobile to AT&T via a trade in deal. I sent my iPhone 11 Pro back in place of my newly received iPhone 12 Pro in the box it was shipped in, with the provided return label. Yet I have yet to recieve any confirmation of it being aquired or to see any activity on my bank statement. Where do I go from here?

Sorry to say, you sent your trade in to the wrong place. That return label was for returning the new phone, not for the trade in. Good luck, many other customers made the same mistake. Start here: https://tradein.att.com/contact-us

You used the wrong label. The label that came with your new phone was to return the new phone if you did not want it. You would not see any information on your bank statement. If you met the requirements the monthly credits would apply within 3 bill cycles. Did you go to the website and follow the steps? https://tradein.att.com
