iPhone 12 Pro Max trade in deal valid with T-mobile phone??
Mom had old iPhone 7 128 black that shows value of $350 when plugged into the tool on myAtt app. The IMEI is still locked by t-mobile. My mom still has T-Mobile so they don’t want to unlock.
I am not adding a line, I plan to use the trade in value to upgrade current device.
is the trade in deal valid in my situation?

Yes, you can trade in that phone. There is no requirement for it to be an ATT phone or unlocked. Just be aware the phone must be valued at $35 or more to get the $350 credit.

Okay thanks. I plugged it in to check value before going through the whole rigamarole. Going to give it a shot and lower my bill by $8 month then sell my 11 pro max for $700 lol
