iPad Pro issue... 13 months and getting older
hello, I had an issue with fraud on my acct. approx. 13 months ago. Took 3 months to get that taken care of, but since then, my iPad continually gets suspended. I’ve talked on the phone, chatted, taken it to an ATT store and still, I’m dealing with this issue. For 13 months now. I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble, I just want my iPad Pro to work w/o being suspended. I’m paying between $180-220 a month and this is beginning to tax me. Please, can someone just go in the system and remove whatever it is that forces me to log into my acct. to reactivate my iPad so I can use it for 24 hours and then have to rinse and repeat. I’m not sure what else to do as I’ve tried every avenue.
