Interntational Plan Function on AT&T Website Not Functioning

I've tried over the past two days to set up an international plan for an upcoming trip to Austria and Germany. The country selections are available in the drop-down, but once I've selected them and continue through I receive an error message that says "Looks like we don't provide service for those areas". I've tried using 3 different browsers, so that's not the issue either. Its a website glitch. I spoke with a rep yesterday and its working on their end for both of these countries and its too early to set it up now, but I'd prefer to be able to set up this plan online. I'm a visual person and I like to see what I am setting up. AT&T: the above-referenced portion of your website is not functioning when it comes to Austria and Germany - please fix this. I am not finding a way to simply tell you that a portion of your website isn't functioning.

Rather than use the website, try using the MyATT app from your phone. Also, your issue could be a browser issue. Try clearing browser cache and cookies or try another browser.

I clicked "solved" to soon. The app didnt work and I cleared my cache on multiple browers and it still wont process through. Thanks for the tips though!
