International Call/Text - South America - NO SERVICE
In two separate occasions in Colombia, one with the daily paid service of $10/day and the other with the wireless plan that includes it, the service (call/text) did not work. All settings were correct, per support person.
iPhone 12 Pro
Settings > Cellular:
Cellular data = ON
Cellular data options = Roaming On
(there are a couple of more options that I cant see now that I am in the US, that would allow me to select the default service such as Tigo, Claro,Movistar)
Also turned on/off and reset the phone multiple times and still did not work.
Going again and need this to work. Am I missing any settings? Any tips to troubleshoot?
