Indirect Mobility Offer

I’m already enrolled in the IMO for my att account however, I just added another line so I will need to go in and add that line onto my discount. However, I don’t have a password to long into the IMO portal and when I try to reset my password, it always gives me an error. I work for Best Buy so none of my managers have a point of contact for assistance on this matter. I’ve tried calling customer care and they say they have nothing to do with this sort of thing. I’m hoping to get this applied as soon as possible, thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to us on this matter! I totally understand how important it is to get this information added as soon as possible.


In order to reset your password you can not be logged into any AT&T applications with your ATTUID. Before you get started, please be sure you know your ANR/IMO Access ID. If you don’t know any of this information, you will need to contact your AT&T Field Account Representative for assistance.


When you open up the IMO Portal (if you previously had any AT&T applications logged in, clear cache and cookies first) select “Forgot Password” at the top of the screen. On the next screen select Reset Password. You will need to enter your ATTUID, your last name, city of birth, AT&T PIN, and the answer to your Secret Question.


If you receive an error when attempting this and you’re positive you’ve logged out of all AT&T applications and cleared cache and cookies, you will need to contact your AT&T Field Account Representative or WF_ANR_Inquiries in order to request a manual reset.
