Indirect Mobility Offer - Apple Store Employee

Hello, 

I am an Apple Store employee and I am extremely interested in the IMO plan with AT&T. The problem I am facing is finding an AT&T Representative and as I understand it, that position is eliminated... How am I supposed to go about taking advantage of this great offer if I need an AT&T Rep with a "Dealer Code" and "Foundation Account Number (FAN)" to activate such an account???

 

I would like to get AT&T service ASAP, but I am holding back because I cannot find this information anywhere. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums. I can understand how confusing it can be when there isn’t a procedure in place.  I would be happy to help.

 

Your new point of contact is your manager who can start the process or contact their manager who can.  The account needs to be wireless only and cannot be a unified account.

I have had the 57% discount on my account for the past 6 month. and now all of a sudden i see my BILL just sKY HIGH. My discount is not there no more. Ever since you guys sent the message to change the email to @bestbuy.com i have followed every  directions and you guys still took the Discount away from me. NOw i am paying full price  on my BILL and its money i dont have. I called att and they cant help..so who is the one that is supposed to be running this.?

I am also having this exact problem and have tried to reach out @attcare with 3 messages. None have been returned. I have reached out to my manager, then my district manager, and also my ASRM. All of whom have no resolution to this problem. Is there anyone who can still help with this issue with IMO discounts?

It’s strange that so many people are having the same issue with IMO.  One of the main purposes of the program is to advocate for AT&T services, how can we do so when our own billing is a mess. Customer service has no clue about anything IMO related, account Reps don’t seem to be able to assist, if you have one. In the Guide on the site it is noted that Unlimited Plus is Now Eligible for the discount. It’s extremely frustrating, received an email that my discount was removed after switching to a plan that is $30 more expensive, which is included. @attcare @attmobilitycare  any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could y'all please direct message me about this information also? I am an Apply Employee with the 57% discount. I just received a text asking me to login to the IMO portal and update my email but I do not know what my UserID would be. I am having a lot of difficulty finding out how to manage my account.

 I just got a message that says I need to update my e-mail address.  Where is the IMO portal to do this and do I have to do it from a computer at work?
