In store experience
I visited this store (https://www.att.com/stores/virginia/fairfax/646 this morning (8/10/19) with my mother in-law to help her upgrade her phone. I dealt with multiple members from the store.
- Sarah ***** (Assistant Sales Manager) was one of the rudest customer service reps I have ever dealt with.
- Yasin ***** and some of his other colleagues were super helpful in resolving my questions and we ended up working with him to upgrade her to a new iPhone XR.
I would question why you have a store manager who is so poor in customer service and clearly does not interacting with customers. Happy to provide additional details of the experience if you want to contact me.
