In Army deploying soon

Deploying soon, what is needed for ATT to payoff remaining installments on my phone?

You have to submit deployment orders. AT&T cancels your service with number held for up to 39 months. Information on submitting your orders via fax or email, canceling and reactivating can be found in this link

After deployment orders have been submitted and accepted you should be able to request your phone be unlocked and check the box that says military deployed 

If you have any problems you can come back to the forum. I've been very disappointed with the military cancellation team not processing things properly
