IMO Portal

Help please. 


I am an Apple employee- and have not used the portal since I bought my phone and so registered and got my Att discount. Now , I am getting the below message. I have no idea of my ID and password - it was years ago and i had many problems getting it to work then. 




ACTION REQUIRED for Apple employees enrolled in AT&T's Indirect Mobility Offer (IMO).


Your e-mail address must be associated with your IMO Access ID account to continue IMO eligibility. Follow the steps below to update your e-mail address BY 11/17/17. Failure to do so will result in removal of the discount.
- Log into the IMO portal
- Select My IMO, then My Profile
- Validate the e-mail address on file is your e-mail address
- If not, click change & update to your e-mail address
