Imo portal down

I've been trying to get my imo discount set up for two weeks now and the website seems to be broken, what can I do to get it applied

Please try using this link here: https://www.e-access.att.com/cou/external/#/IMO/accessRequest for your enrollment. Once the Access Request has been submitted, a ticket number will be provided. You then will receive an email at the address provided on the Access Request form that will require approval before the ticket will be forwarded on for processing.
