Right now their system is down I've been trying to do it for 3 weeks and they keep telling me they're working on getting it fixed

I have been trying to add my discount for over 3 weeks but AT&T keeps telling me that there is a system issue that they are working on but it is still not fixed and I am losing out on my discount

I recently submitted request for IMO access. I got e-mail saying it was approved. But never received a password. When I went to the site there was a place to access for new password but none of the information I put in that I received worked. I then received an e-mail the next day telling me that my ticket was canceled due to missing or inaccurate information. I can not find a way to contact anyway directly. Ticket#26782378

You probably need to reapply for the IMO if you did not get a password

When I am filling out the form to add a line to the imo account it asks for the 4-8 digit wireless acct passcode. What passcode is it referring too??

I Had my discount for many years and I went on medical leave and due to the fact that I could not get access to my email I could not verify that I was still an employee. I then was able to get to my email and submit that I am still an employee and Im still not getting my discount after submitting it. How do I get this back because I really need this discount back
