IMO Indirect Mobility Discount

what or how can I sign up for IMO to get a discount?

I'm working at an Authorized ATT retail store.

Hi there @jlozs27,


This is a good discount to have! I am more than happy to help with this today!


First you will use the IMO portal for your enrollment. Once the Access Request has been submitted, a ticket number will be provided. You then will receive an email at the address provided on the Access Request form that will require approval before the ticket will be forwarded on for processing.


After this is completed your manager/superior would be the best resource for further information.

I have my IMO discount attached to my plan and I added two lines. 

They seem to have gotten the waived activation fee but my plan discount was not put on the 2 new lines. 

I have reached out to IMO and I keep getting an automated response that says that I need to re enter the zip (including the 4 digits) I did that and I still did not go through. I then called the number they gave me and the representative said it would be applied automatically because the FAN was already on my account.  But there is  still no discount on the account.  

Any help is greatly appreciated

There are a couple of things to keep in mind when signing up on IMOs, @Lillie_Anne!

 

Allow us to help! If you've recently signed up those lines for the IMO offer then it will take 1-3 billing cycles to reflect on the bill. This is due to bill cycle cut dates, date discount applied to account, and if you're billed in either arrears or advance.

 

IMO participants need to enroll each line in the discount program as lines not enrolled in the IMO portal do not receive the discounted rate. Also, please be advised that the account must be in the name and financial responsibility of the eligible Indirect Partner employee to qualify and IMO is not retroactive meaning the discount won't take effect from a past date.

Good Afternoon 

My imo discount has been removed from my account due to the inability to reset my password for my account.

I attempt to reset my password on multiple browser and computer type and the issue still persist. I am attempt reach out about the issue, however, I am still have not heard back about a resolution. Please help

So i left prime communication (ATT AR) and they canceled my imo... i tried registering for imo w target mobile and it says im active so i cant register for the imo... please help!!!

I keep getting an error code when I try to log into my IMO account. I have to add my second line through IMO in order to get the discount on the second line but the error doesn't even let me log in.
