IMO employee discount

I have had the imo discount for a few years now and I added a line to my account. I cannot seem to login to the imo portal to register this number for the discount.

Just a couple of quick questions to help us narrow down the possible reasons you are unable to login:

 

  1. Are you using the correct access ID credentials? You may need to reset your password to gain access.
  2. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies or another browser? This can help regain access to your account.
  3. Are you getting an error when you try to sign in? If so, providing us with that error can provide more insight into resolving this.

You may need to reach out on the IMO Portal to request access.

I have tried using both my attuid to login and my imo username and the only one that lets me move past the login screen in my attuid. I have tried on different browsers, computer, cell phone, etc.

The error message is this:

The resource you have requested is secured by AT&T Global Logon.
You have received this message due to one or more of the following reasons
You are logged in to this secure domain, but do not have the correct permissions to access the resource.
The resource you requested is https://www.e-access.att.com/ebizweb/anrsupport/

  • If you do not have an account with this secure domain: Please contact your Account Administrator to obtain login and password information.
  • If you are logged in but still are denied access to the page: If you continue to get this message, you probably do not have the correct permissions to access the resource. Please contact your Security Administrator for assistance.


You may want to close this browser window, launch a new browser window, and try your URL again.

Hello @, let's continue to look into why you're not able to get logged in.

 

With the message that's showing the account IMO may have expired, and you would need to contact your employer for further assistance.
