IMO Account 'Inactive' Need Help
I recently noticed my IMO discount stopped on my last two bills. It looks like there were email verification messaged that were going to my junk mail so I didn't see it until it was too late. I have since logged in and verified my email address, but it now shows 'account is inactive, please reach out to field representative for support'. How can I go about re-activating my IMO as well as get credited for the last two bills that I was overcharged? Thank you
