Im switching to SPRINT!!!

Posting in hopes an ATT executive reads this. I currently have 2 lines with the unlimited+ and direct TV. First, you call us "valued customers" yet you offer us nothing!!! Only new customers reap any benefits. Your offers require new lines to receive promo and nobody wants to change numbers to get these!!! Secondly, Direct tv is trying to add new features because your so far behind DISH yet the equipment cant handle these. I have a 6 second black screen delay everytime i switch channels!! All this is unacceptable when other carrier's offer promos to existing customers like half off phones upon upgrade, Waived activation, better tv equip/service, ect, etc!! Im swiching and as a retired veteran am gonna use every forum i have to voice concerns and educate others to choose another carrier.

Hope you live near Richmond or major highway, otherwise you coverage will be ‘butter yellow’ rather than bright yellow.  (No LTE)

If you really plan to switch, pick anyone but Sprint. Sprint is a distant #4 for a reason. You won’t be happy with any new customer deal you get if you can’t use the service.

ATT...you think your #1 and have no worries about losing a "pee on" customer like me. Your in for a rude awakening...gimme a year!!!

Dish and DTV each have their own faults.  DTV the genie is a fault if its older.  The lag your seeing is a cause of the new guide they keep tweaking every other week.  As for other carriers offering promos to existing customers I would like to see it..  Yes they offer half off a phone that is being closed out like the pixel series verizon is doing BUT those credits are over the coarse of 24 months not off up front.  ATT has done this in the past year with the iphone, LG G6 and others they dont last long so you have to keep a eye out.

I echo others any carrier BUT sprint if you switch.  Sprint is leasing phones to make it look better...  you never really own the phone.

Yes, which means if you don’t bail in the 14 Day return period you will owe more than the phones cost and ATT and Verizon ended the switch offer.
