I was supposed to receive a $250 gift card when i orderd my new phones and never recieved the card!

I ordered two new phones with a phone line and was supposed to recieve a $250 gift. I have not recieved anything.

My husband and I were told we would get a promotional $250 visa gift card for purchasing 2 new lines of service to an already existing account. It’s been 2 months and I’ve not heard anything. After checking the web apparently there are a lot of others in this same situation. I have been a faithful ATT customer for 20 years but if I can’t trust them I will be considering another service.

I was promised the same but I never received. AT&T SCAM promotion to lure us into getting a new connection. AT&T should be sued for this.
