I thought I suspended my account and I'm out of the country
I'm outside of the US right now and have been for about two months now. I put a military suspension my account prior to leaving the US. The person I talked to on the phone about this put me under the impression that I wouldn't be needing to pay anything for the time that I'll be gone. I finally log on to my account after a while and I notice that there's $600+ bill on my account that I need to pay. How would I go about resolving this since I'm out of the country with a very unpredictable schedule and no service to call and on top of that my phone is broken?

Hello @lpsayaseng!
Thank you for reaching out the Community Forums! I can totally understand your concern regarding the charges you are receiving. I will be more than happy to assist!
When you request Military Cancelation, and there is more than one line active on the account, you must continue to pay the bill for the remaining lines.
I would like to personally take a closer look at your account and review these charges to make sure there are no errors. I will send you a private message to gather account information. Please be on the lookout in your Forum Inbox and replay with the information requested.
I look forward to continue assisting. Take care and have a wonderful day!
