I recently ported my number and now I am unable to receive incoming calls from outside of the AT&T network
Recently tried to port my number from Spectrum Mobile/Verizon to AT&T... I am unable to receive incoming calls from outside of the AT&T network. We’ve spent over 5 hours on the phone with tech support going thru their troubleshooting steps TWICE and both times they said that they would call us back within 24-48 hours and I’m assuming they aren’t able to call us back because the issue is UNRESOLVED. We called a third time and before the tech support could even start talking I ran thru all the troubleshooting steps step by step and assured him it wasn’t going to work.
The porting department told us to reinstate our account with Spectrum Mobile and place a new transfer request AND STILL the issue goes unresolved.
