Hi mkb74!
All you should have to do is remove the SIM card from your current iPhone 4 and put it in the new iPhone 4. The SIM card tray is located on the right side of the phone. You will need a small paperclip or earring to pop open the tray.
If your data doesn't work you may need to visit an AT&T store to get a new SIM card for the device. They are free at any Company AT&T store. You can find your nearest store by clicking Here
