Maybe you meant samsung? AT&T does not sell the Motorola flip phone. I believe Verizon still has an exclusive on that. To find out if you are eligible for AT&T's installment program and service, you simply apply for service. Go to att.com, put a phone and a plan in your cart. Or go to an AT&T store.
