I just started a new service with ATT and having issues with shipment/payment
On Friday 2/25/23 I placed a order for 2 s23s I paid the sales tax and deposit of the phones, only one of them shipped today, and it says payment failed for the other phone when I’ve already paid. I’ve called multiple times but can’t get a forward answer, thank you .

This is primarily a customer populated forum. You're going to have to speak with AT&T. You should be asking for the order department or sales
