I Hate This Service

I have phone service and I am not sure when my due date is etc....instead of someone working with me to explain stuff I am usually getting disconnected and told my due date was the day before I really hate this service

So look at your bill, the due date is on it. Your due date is the same every month.

Ok so why is it my bill is now past due when it's due today and Monday and Tuesday Wed I tried to set up a payment plan for Monday and it wouldn't do it this happens all the time

Once they shut off at midnight I am going back to Verizon the billing system here is insane

I have no idea why it won’t allow you to set up a payment arrangement. If you say this happens all the time, perhaps your payment history is such they no longer let you do payment arrangements. They aren’t meant to be every month.
