I can't view my current bill online

I am unable to view my current bill online. When I try to do this by selecting "View bill details", I am directed to information from a bill that is a year old, which of course was already paid. As a result, I haven't been able to pay my phone bill online, I've had to call to pay instead. I receive both an email notification with my bill amount and a paper bill in the mail. My online account overview page always shows that my current balance is $0, even when I know there is a balance as shown on my paper bill.

 

Is there any way to fix this? It is really inconvenient because I pay all of my other bills online.

It almost sounds like you are logging in to an old account? (Except I thought those got deactivated).

 

Is this a GoPhone or postpaid?

 

If postpaid, do you see current info on:

It is postpaid. When I clicked both of those links, old information from a year ago came up, not current.

I noticed that the account number on my bill and the account number listed online don't match up. Could this also contribute to the problem?
