I can't see my usage in the previous months only current month

I was able to pull up my past usage for 18 mos. Now I can only see my current usage. When I go to previous month it says "it looks like you didn't have any text usage during this bill" or "looks like you didn't have any calls during this bill". But if I go further back than that it just redirects me back to where I was.

When did you start having this issue? Are you in the myAT&T app or are you viewing this in your browser? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling (if using the app) or clearing your browser cache and cookies (if using the browser)? With more details, we'll be able to proceed.
