It looked my account for many failed attempts but I only just sign in once.

We've got you covered! When logging into your AT&T account online or through the app, too many login attempts will lock you out for security purposes. The first thing you want to do is visit our Forgot ID/Password page, so that you have the right information to get signed in. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns!

I don't know if I have an account or not but ATT is taking money from my bank account. This should give me the right to see the account.
