I cannot call AT&T to resolve an issue with a phone!
Beginning 9/08/2021, I have been engaged in a frustrating issue with AT&T. It involves a phone that stopped working one day, a replacement being ordered, my original phone coming to life overnight, and me returning the replacement following the instructions to the letter. I've had multiple communications w/agents over the claim that AT&T had not received the returned phone. Each time after a while in the conversation I was told each time the phone had been found. Issue resolved .. until it wasn't. Now my service has been disconnected thru no fault of my own. I cannot even call AT&T!
