I am in the business account black hole of (Edited per community guidelines)!

Managing a business account is impossible.  Does anyone have success with ATT?

I procrastinate calling ATT because I know that the experience will raise my blood pressure.  So I have paid for a phone number that I don't need for 5 months.  Yes, I know that is idiotic, but calling ATT is THAT BAD.

I have a business account and called the phone number provided in the business section of my online account page 800-331-0500.  These people can't help me and gave me the phone number 877-238-5197.  I called.  It is an automated bill pay number.  So, I called back.  That person gave me 877-414-1509, then transferred me.  Disconnected.    I called the number, it is a medicaid number.  Yes, I repeated the number when she gave it to me.

I called 0500 again.  This person actually waited during the transfer to ensure that I was connected properly.  She actually had difficulty connecting to the correct department.  She tried for 40 minutes to find the correct extension.  I am not exaggerating.  Guess what, they couldn't help and gave me another phone number, 877-999-1083.  I called.  They can't deactivate a phone number.  They also told me that a number can't be deactivated at an ATT store.

I was given 800-380-1196, the mobility loyalty number.  I had "extended hold times" to look forward to. Thirty minutes later, I was DISCONNECTED.   I tried, but I'm done.

This is how they handle their business accounts?

NOTE TO ATT - AFTER YEARS OF THIS CRAP, I AM CANCELING MY ACCOUNT!  AND I AM SELLING MY STOCK AT A LOSS!  THANKS FOR NOTHING!
