How to submit police report

My identity was stolen and someone opened up an ATT account in my name. The account I believe has been flagged as fraud but have not received any official confirmation from ATT. I obtained a police report and would like to submit to ATT as proof it is a fraudulent account. The fraud number only ever leads to a recording, never able to speak to a real person. How can I get this police report attached to the fraudulent account?
