How to follow up on a complaint

I reached out to AT&T about a month and a half back didn’t receive a response so upon not receiving a response I had gotten to the store to inquire about the information I was seeking upon reaching the store the manager had originally approached me was very rude from the beginning I sat down and continued my transaction to get the information I needed throughout the process the woman was very noncompliant and was not taking the information properly then when it came to my personal information such as my credit social date of birth she the. called from her personal cell phone placed it on speakerphone so the whole store could hear all of my information I’m not too happy I then called and filed a complaint,also filed a police report as she was rude and yelling once I had asked why she was exposing my personal information I was told they were going to follow up no one has followed up the manager is still current at that’s location and due to the fact that I had requested the police the manager stated that I wouldn’t be able to enter her store as long as she was there I honestly feel like this was a violation of my privacy given the fact that all the information was given over speakerphone on her personal cell phone in the location in front of three other customers and two other employees

It seems to be her concern was more about an employee that was going on vacation that she was having physical contact with inappropriately in front of me and my guess, the other employees and customers who are in the store this is not proper conduct  it needs to be dealt with immediately like I said AT&T has yet to follow up on the complaint and the woman is still employed there giving out peoples personal information in public such as Social Security numbers and date of birth and account information
