How to change premium service with AT&T Unlimited & More Plan from Pandora to Spotify

Hi,

How do you change the premium service with AT&T Unlimited & More Plan from Pandora to Spotify? I've searched everywhere for an answer.

On the WatchTV website I see Pandora is selected as my choice but I can not change it. I added Spotify but now I have both Pandora and Spotify but have to pay for Spotify. I've had Pandora as my choice for years, well over the 12 month time period to wait to change your included premium service.

Please help me.

Thank you,

Rob

Greetings @Rob4226

We're glad to hear that you've enjoyed your premium offer well over the 12 month time period. Allow us to provide you the answers!

When selecting a premium offer such as (Pandora) at the start of your U&MP service, that offer will stay active for as long you have the required plan.

Please know that U&MP plans are now retired/grandfathered since November 2019, and complementary services like Pandora cannot be exchanged towards a different premium offer or added to a new plan.

We hope this information helps, and thanks for reaching out to the community!

Well that doesn't make any sense, because when I look at my plan details for my Unlimited & More (SM) Premium plan, it states the following:

One premium entertainment service

Choose one for no extra charge: HBO®, Cinemax®, SHOWTIME®, STARZ®, VRV, Pandora Premium, or Spotify Premium.

You can change your premium entertainment service every 12 months, as long as you remain on an AT&T Unlimited &More℠ Premium plan.

So basically this isn't true then? Do I have to change my plan in order to get Spotify Premium instead of Pandora Premium?

No point in changing plans because no other plan offered those perks.

Just like any other time a plan expires, all the benefits that came with that plan also expire. You can keep those benefits as long as you have the plan, but it is not possible to change them.
