How to change my email address on my account
I have a wireless account. I cannot log into my account. An AT&T rep set it up when I got a new phone in August. At that time he set my email address to noname.com. I cannot get it changed. I have spent countless hours talking to them and the reps all say, I can fix it no problem, then tell me to wait 48 hours. And it never has worked. Each phone person thinks they are smarter than the last person. I have been referred to the "specialists " in New Jersey three times, and they cannot help. All I want to do is pay my bill. Any suggestions to get them to make it right?

I have tried, I have talked at least 4 or more reps
On the phone who told me they changed it for me.
I have been on the phone twice with Your"special
Team' in New Jersey that are computer
Specialist and they did not help me. I wish it was
As simple as changing it online. What would you
Do?

If you review our support link posted here. We have a step – by - step on how to update your email. You can view how to update here on our support page. If you are unable to update your email on your account online, I would advise going into an AT&T store. They will be able to validate all of your information and update any account information on your account.

Hey, @ATTDmitriyCM, can you have someone reach out to this user for additional assistance? @ATTCares has told her twice to log in to her account to change her email address...which she can't do because the email is wrong!
