How to cancel Smart Limits?

By uninstalling this app will this terminate it so I won't be charged for this service. I no longer wish to use this app.

No, it is a user selected feature added to your bill, whether you use it or not. Go to your myatt online account, click the device then features, and uncheck it.

When you turn data off, what does this include? They can't text, FB, Instagram, video chat, receive & make calls? I'm confused.

Every time I try to do this I get an error and get the message to call customer support, I sit on hold for hours, which I don't have time to do.  I don't want to listen to the pressure pitch to keep it or them trying to get me to add services.  I am ready to switch to T-Mobile.
