How long does it usually take for ATT to update an item that has been returned so I can order the correct one?

I started the return with USPS on February 19, 2022 and on February 22. 2022 USPS says it’s no longer in position of the package and is no longer tracking. It is now with the Tender Returns Agent. I checked ATT website and it’s not updated the item was returned. How long does it take for ATT to update so I can order the correct model? Please advise

Hi Cavergo808! We are here to address your return inquiry!

It may take up to a month for a return to be updated on your account. Please let us know if you used the prepaid label that came with the device for the return. Check out more information on our AT&T wireless return policy which includes the AT&T return process.

If you still need additional information on your return don't hesitate to reach back out to us and we will pull you in a Direct Message to further discuss your return inquiry.

We hope this helps! Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

The returns agent is either newgistics or Pitney Bowes. They pick up packages from the post office every week or two and take them back to it their destination. You can still take time after that for the item to be checked back in by AT&T returns
