How do yu speak to someone that can address your concerns about doing business with ATT

I have been on the phone since 8 am this morning trying to finalize an order.  ATT keeps cancelling my orders and with no fault of mine they are requesting I visit a store.  Im on hold right now just trying to bring a device over instead of buying from yall.  The rep is telling me to go to a store even though they verified my ID several times on this call.  K have asked several reps today to help me out and when were don to transfer to customer car or the loyalty dept.  Who is the right dept to talk with about my concerns with my interaction today and over the last few days.  Ive have called to ask for help and no one seems to care.   Whats the best way to go about this?

Stop creating multiple posts. Either go to a store as they advised you to do or choose another provider to get service from.
