How do you send a private message on ATTCares?

When you click @ATTMobilityCare you should see a blue button on your right that states “Send Message”.  If not, then scroll all the way to the top, select the envelope on the top right of the black banner.  In the Send box, type ATTCARES, and it should populate for you.  I hope this helps.

Sorry but I don't see it. if I click @ATTHelp I just go to the main forum
page that is all public. I don't see a "private message" button. What am I
missing?

I spend 2 hours on the phone with your unknowledgeable reps. Never gave I ever, had such incompetent managers and supervisors. It’s not rocket science, I moved and cancelled my service on March 29, 2020. It was not cancelled until April 28th. And they say just because I said I called in doesn’t make it so. I was so ready to pay this early termination fee and the difference in the days left on the month I cancelled. It would have been done with. All they had to do was remover $112.00 from April bill they charged, since it was cancelled. 8 reps later, 3 managers transferred and the last one couldn’t even speak English. What am I missing here? I refuse to pay For something I was in the right, cancelled like I was supposed to do. And I wanted the bill corrected so it is in writing. The last girl, sounded like 12 from Asia or India hung up on me.

Don’t fI any business with direct tv through ATT. NEVER WILL and you are not getting a dime from me until you document and send me in writing. When my phones are paid off, I’m dropping my YEARS of service with them to something I can be proud of.
