How do I reset the wireless passcode?
I've been trying to figure out how to reset my "wireless passcode" as told by a few reps in order to unlock my phones, but I'm unable to find this setting anywhere. I changed this code about 1 week ago, and made the dumb mistake of not writing it down. How do I go about changing this passcode?

If you are having trouble with your account passcode, we are able to reset the passcode in a few short steps. Once your passcode has been reset, you will then be able to successfully submit your unlock request.
