Att does not use service contracts. If the gadget is sold as a stand alone and can be paid for with installments, it would require a postpaid account.
Im not clear on what it’s specifications are. If it’s not cellular it could be used with any account type.
Looks like there will be a long wait for it.

Per the announcement
“Ahead of the demonstration, Magic Leap and AT&T announced today that the cellular carrier will be the exclusive wireless distributor of Magic Leap One devices to U.S. consumers, and is investing an unspecified amount in the company. Despite an earlier claim by Magic Leap’s CEO that the line between developers and enthusiast consumers had blurred, an AT&T statement appeared to rule out consumer shipments in 2018, suggesting that developers will get access first. Demos and sales at AT&T’s stores will take place afterwards, starting in five U.S. cities.”.

@tokufxug
Its not not being sold yet. It’s distribution to developers means it’s in beta testing.

I am listening to the summer release schedule. When selling in summer, is it possible to purchase from the Internet? (Sales at store only?)

Hello, again, Sadao! Yes, The point of this thread was to find out if anyone knew or was willing to share info they maybe had knowledge of about the ability to purchase a Magic Leap One: Creator's Edition, via the web. So rather than finding out where I can physically go to purchase one people have a more broad answer of where they can go to pick one up online.

Let's get you in the right direction on requesting the Magic Leap One device @NV_LV_TownSquare!
Please know that the (MLO) magic leap one device is no longer available for purchase through AT&T. It would be best to contact the brand manufacturer Magic Leap for more details on product availability.
We hope this information helps, and thanks for reaching out to the community!
