How do I get my money back?

Ordered a phone on July 25th ... the order got cancelled the next because they couldn’t verify the order. Called customer service a lot of times to speak to someone but it’s always the robot on the phone. It says online that it takes at&t 60 days for u to get your refund back...it’s day 60 and I still haven’t received mines...I am (Edited per community guidelines). I need the number to an actual human being so I can see what’s the problem is. I want my refund back!!!!

Concerning your refund, we are sorry first that your order was cancelled and that the refund has taken so long. However, there is a possibility that the charge was a pending charge that may have been returned to your account. We recommend a quick check with your financial institution for further clarification.
