How did I pay for my new phone and why was the information sent to my old email address?
I upgraded my phone to iphone X. I don't know how I paid for it as the pay option never displayed, bank account, debit card? I thought I changed my email address, but it sent the order information to my old email address that no longer exists. So now I have no order information. I am unable to find a location on the att.com website where I can change my email address. I was never asked about my email address or payment options. The transaction just went through without any questions. Will I receive my phone? Or will somebody else get it?
