Yes, if your boyfriend’s account is on ATT. To transfer your line to his account, your dad needs to initiate a transfer of billing responsibility of your line to your boyfriend. When he accepts the transfer, he will add your line to his account and plan. The phone installment plan will transfer with the line. More info at https://att.com/tobr
