Trying to transfer bill responsibility and cannot do it through Myatt. Supervisor tried to help for 2 hours and then I was disconnected.

Allow us to assist in providing the info you need to being the transfer of billing responsibility process. First, make sure your line is active for at least 2 months. If eligible, visit our Transfer of Billing Responsibility portal to begin the process of the new owner assuming future liability for the account/contract.
