how can I talk to a human to find my account number and help me with billing!

I was trying to reduce what I had to pay before my next due date and they system now says I owe money and turned off my account! I am trying to find a way to talk to a person directly as when I sign in it takes me to another screen and the program to help doesn't show up. The site my log in takes me to is

You're a prepaid customer.

You have to call to get your account number.

However, that's not the issue. You need to pay in order to get service. When you log into, you will be able to refill your account and change your plan.
