How can I start a new plan?

I pay $60 dollars for gophone plan in April 4th, and I was out of data today so I go to my at&t to see the package and i found out it have $65 for unlimited data. my plan didn't finish yet but I chose to continue to change my plan to $65 dollars. I didn't pay for it cause I am not sure the plan will start right away or not . But when I go to my at&t again they said I am on $65 plan now but I didn't pay for it so I won't be able to start it, and the $60 dollars plan and the data package all disappear. I still can use my phone now but I think I am using my $60 dollars plan , but they said I am on $65 plan which I didn't pay. I don't know what I soppose to do since my plan disappear .

I understand how confusing it can be when you change a plan, and despite not refilling your account, you are still receiving services.  It will be my pleasure to help!

 

Sometimes, there can be a delay in the switch when you change plans.  It would be best to refill your account as soon as possible so you won’t be without services. Here is a great article on how to refill your GoPhone account! In case you are not able to access the article, here are the steps to refill your account after logging into myAT&T:

 

  • At the top of the page, please select Refill Account.
  • Follow the prompts to enter the GoPhone refill card’s PIN or proceed to the next step.
  • To pay by credit, debit, or checking, enter the refill amount and select Continue.
  • From the drop-down menu on the right, select your payment method.
  • Follow the prompts to check out and submit your refill payment.
