How can I retrieve my account complete history?
I'm a GoPhone customer, with Prepaid mobile number.
I would like to retrieve my complete paymnet history for refills.
How can I do this on the att.com web site?
Or better, is there an email address I can contact for this purpose?

Hello @cghersi and thank you for posting!
You can manage your GoPhone account with the myAT&T app and online. Once you log in select Account History and history is available for voice calls, data usage, refills, adjustments and feature package changes.

Hi Delia, thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately your solution:
1) doesn't enable me to see the full 2014
2) even if I try to see one single month (e.g. October 2014) it doesn't show me anything (is it a bug?)
Is there a way to retrieve such data in an offline mode, e.g. someone at AT&T that answer my question via email with an attached PDF?
