My cellular service and home internet is down in Humboldt, CA. I heard this may be due to the fires and is likely to take weeks to fix. Do you have any information regarding this issue?

Hi @Yacoub,
First, I hope you are safe. Nothing is more important than that. I moved your post to our response thread for the wildfires affecting California. You will find information on what AT&T is doing. Feel free to share this information with your neighbors and or on Facebook.

I have a payment arrangement set for tomorrow however I am in Northern California and we are in a fire crisis. We are experiencing evacuations and the loss of homes. Complete neighborhoods communities and towns are burned. I called to let AT&T know that my payment scheduled for tomorrow will not go through. I need to use that money for shelter and food at this point. After chatting online for almost an hour the chat agent forwarded me to the financial department only for the financial department to be closed and no one is available to help me.. it's not like I'm trying to skip out on my bill I just need a little more time due to circumstances Beyond My Control

I'm constantly bombarded with messages from AT&T telling me that I have gone over my data allowance. I have no power, no Wi-Fi, nothing but this stupid phone and this stupid company constantly nagging me. I have never gone over before, never missed a payment, yet all day long "peep, peep, peep", like this fire thing isn't enough already. Any suggestions!!!! Before I go nuts and throw the phone into the closest flame.
